====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for BPSC and learned counsel for the respondents-State.

2. The petitioner has prayed for the grant of following reliefs:

"(i). For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Headmaster as she has been declared successful in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18125 of 2025(2) dt.12-11-2025 2/3 examination held for Advertisement No.

26/2024 dated 01.03.2024.

(ii). For a direction to the respondent authorities to issue appointment letter to the petitioner for the post of Headmaster for Advertisement No. 26/2024 dated 01.03.2024.

(iii). For any other relief/ reliefs if the petitioner found entitle in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that for the aforesaid relief the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 07.07.2025 (Annexure-P/8) before the Director, Secondary Education, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna and the same continues to be pending till date. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued by this Court directing the Director, Secondary Education, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2025 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a fixed time frame.

4. To the aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for BPSC

Patna High Court CWJC No.18125 of 2025(2) dt.12-11-2025 3/3 and learned counsel for the respondents-State do not have any objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ application is disposed of directing the Director, Secondary Education, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2025 (Annexure-P/8) after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise must be completed by the Director, Secondary Education, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2) within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of. Pending I.As, if any will be deemed to have been disposed of.
