2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20974 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner was unable to comply with the conditions of grant of bail by order dated 04.04.2019 within the stipulated time of six weeks. It is submitted that the petitioner was under medical treatment since 16.04.2019 in terms of the doctor's prescriptions dated 01.07.2019 and 15.10.2019. It is therefore submitted that the conditions of bail order could not be complied with as the

4. Having regard to the stand of the petitioner, the time for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of the order dated 04.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20974 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.
