In view of statement made in paragraph-7 of the writ petition that the Anchal Adhikari in the year 2017-18 initiated a proceeding under the Public Land Encroachment Act against the petitioner bearing Encroachment Case No.12 of 2017-18 with respect to the land in question treating it as a public land and notice under Section-3 of the Act was issued to the petitioner, the petitioner being aggrieved by the initiation of proceeding and issuance of notice in Encroachment Case No. 12 of 2017-18 filed a writ petition before this Court, bearing C.W.J.C.No.151 of 2018, which is pending for adjudication.

It appears that again the petitioner has filed the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22316 of 2019(3) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 present writ petition for the same relief.

In view of the facts aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed.
