The petitioner seeks bail in Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 210/2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been arrested by the police merely on suspicion along with co-accused Ajit Singh. In the written report, it is mentioned that alleged motorcycle was found parked at Patar Bazar in front of State Bank. Similar fact has been mentioned in the seizure-list, which is part of F.I.R. It is further submitted that aforesaid Ajit Singh, who was arrested along with petitioner, has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56676 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 45587/2018 dated 30.07.2018.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. III, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 210/2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
