The petitioners seek bail in Chakia P.S. Case No. 186/2018, instituted for the offences under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that as per seizure-list foreign liquor is alleged to have been recovered from the hut of Rambabu Bhagat and from a car parked on the road. Petitioners have no concern with Rambabu Bhagat and the aforesaid car. They have clean antecedent. They are in custody since 04.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56538 of 2018 (2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Patna in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 186/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
