The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354(B), 504, 506/34 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 65292 of 2019 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75795 of 2019(3) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 since 19.08.2019. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-1st -cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 364 of 2019 arising out of Barh P.S. Case No. 364 of 2019.
