2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341 , 323 , 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , these petitioners along with other coaccused persons assaulted son of informant due to which he sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail

Considering the nature of injury and also the fact that allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM Ist Class Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
