JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 2649 of 2018 arising out of Barh P.S. Case No. 90 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 30(a), 37(B) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016 and Section 379/411 I.P.C. and Section 25(1-B) A, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has remained in custody since 21.03.2018, i.e. six months.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
