The petitioner seeks bail in Mirganj P.S. Case No. 188/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one of the co-accused, namely, Dipak Upadhyaya, has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 58991/2018 dated 28.09.2018.

In the written report, there is specific allegation against Sachin Singh of causing firearm injury to the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation that this petitioner along with other accused persons has looted money from the counter and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56509 of 2018 (2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 also has looted laptop.

The petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. XVIth, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 188/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
