2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 550 of 2023 lodged on 13.12.2023, for the offences punishable under Sections 457 & 380 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 31.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54013 of 2024 with liberty granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail three months after framing of charge. Counsel submits that charge has already been framed in this case on 05.07.2024 and 3 months have been lapsed. Counsel submits that 3 witnesses out

4. Learned APP for the State submits that charge has already been framed in this case.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 550 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 437(3) Cr.P.C.
