The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Delha P.S. Case No.216 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 498A, 114 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. During the course of argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner started shouting that the petitioner did not commit any mistake but from the facts itself it appears that the petitioner who is the husband of the informant pushed his wife from the roof causing fracture injury on leg and waist. Thereafter the petitioner continued to send threatening message on the Whatsapp of the informant.

Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not
