2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per departmental circular dated 30-08-2022, the Gram Panchayat Bhawan is generally to be constructed in the village headquarter of Panchayat, but in spite of availability of plot at village headquarter, the Panchayat Bhawan is proposed to be constructed in another village. The representation of the petitioner, as per submission of the learned counsel, is pending before Respondent Nos. 16 and 17.

3. Under the said circumstances, respondent Nos. 16 and 17 are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
