JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/ 342/ 323 / 325/307/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault, which resulted in subsequent death of the victim of assault.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation against the petitioner, who is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57495 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 P2/ the case is pending in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No.78 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
