2. Earlier bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 13309 of 2023 with observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after three months of framing of charge.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the charges have been framed on 26.06.2023.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Connection With Mahnar P.S.
