The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Nirmali P. S. Case No. 68 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to undue delay of 13 days caused in institution of the first information report, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
