2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner relies on an order dated 29.03.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.14501 of 2023 to submit that petitioner is similarly situated like the petitioner of Cr. Misc. No.14501 of 2023 (Mantu Singh vs. the State of Bihar) and thus, on parity seeks bail.

4. Learned A.P.P. submits that earlier Mantu Singh had moved before this Court and his bail was rejected and he was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.968 of 2023(2) dt.29-04-2023 2/2 charge.

5. On query of the Court from the learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether charges have been framed against the petitioner or not, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to inform the Court, the Court, for the present, is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

6. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.

7. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. (Satyavrat Verma, J) vikash/- U T
