ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.155 of 2019, G.R. No.1703 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery of motorcycle was not from the petitioner but from one Sagar Kumar Rajak, who has taken the name of present petitioner in his confessional statement, which has no evidentiary value. The petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is having no criminal
