JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 30.6.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 22575 of 2017 on merit and there is allegation of firing against the petitioner.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that trial is pending for examination of defence witnesses as prosecution has closed its evidence and petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2016 and other co-accused have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
