1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned Special P.P. Ms. Usha Kumari No.1.

2. In view of the grounds taken in the Limitation application, delay of 111 days in filing the appeal is condoned, as such I.A. No.1 of 2026 is allowed.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant after arguing vehemently for some time, realizing his difficulty, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to the appellant to surrender and seek regular bail.
