The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 192 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 143, 283, 341, 323, 332, 353, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case is based on conjectures and only because the petitioner is said to be a member of the mob who had gathered near the accident site out of curiosity, the petitioner's name has brought in connection with the present case.

Considering the nature of allegation and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned

No.68425 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Kewati P.S. Case No. 192 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
