Three accused/petitioners No.1, 2 and 4 are named in the FIR and name of petitioner No.3 subsequently transpired in the case and they are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No.72/2025 registered under Sections 96 and 65 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (in short 'B.N.S.'), Section 4 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(va) SC/ST Act.

3. Considering the submissions that the main named

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75530 of 2025(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 co-accused, namely, Neeraj Kumar @ Niraj Kumar, with whom the daughter of the informant was in love, solemnized their marriage, which transpires as per her statement recorded under Section 180 of BNSS, considering which one of the learned coordinate Bench granted bail to main co-accused, namely, Neeraj Kumar @ Niraj Kumar, by order dated 08.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60464 of 2025 and further as the allegations against these petitioners is only to assist the main coaccused and also to advance threat to the informant, who are men of clean antecedent, accordingly, all above-named four petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Supaul, in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No.72/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
