JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 12-12-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs(s): "(1) Commanding the Respondent No. 2 to remove the name of the firm from the list of debarred Contractors as circulated vide Departmental Letter No. 7779 dated 27.06.2016 wherein, the name of the petitioner firm appears at Sl. No. 858, 869, 871, 872, 873, 874 and 870 in view of the admitted position that all the works have already been completed;

Patna High Court CWJC No.21700 of 2019 dt.12-12-2022 2/2 (ii) Restraining the Respondents from giving effect to the order of debarment (in so far as it relates to the petitioner only) as circulated vide Letter dated 7779 dated 27.06.2016 during the pendency of the Writ petition as the works for which the petitioner has been debarred has admittedly been completed and the completion certificates have been issued; and (iii) Commanding upon the Respondents to finalize the tender of MR-1 / Begusarai / 01-022018 vide Tender ID 2019 ECBIH 79794 for which the financial bids have already been opened and the petitioner has been declared as lowest Bidder.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permission granted.
