2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 180 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 103(1), 61(2) of B.N.S., 2024 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, informant alleged that on 24.05.2025, when he was going to attend natural call, then accused persons alongwith 2-3 others came on a vehicle with rifle, pistol and fired on one Sunil Singh and thereafter fired on uncle, father and one Mantu Singh, due to which father of informant died on spot.

4. In the present case, 19 named criminals and some

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75363 of 2025(2) dt.14-11-2025 2/2 unknown criminals are said to have committed three murders. The petitioner is one of them. When such a large number of criminals will kill three persons, it is not possible to assign specific role to anyone.

5. The Petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2025.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application of the petitioner.

7. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) mdrashid/- U T
