2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 25.09.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 675 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 20,22, 23, 24, 25, 27-A, 29 of the NDPS Act having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 16.01.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 2182 of 2018.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed.
