Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner that he ravished to a minor girl and the fact that the victim has supported the aforesaid allegation in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Special Case No. 117 of 2019 arising out of Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019 pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Patna-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Patna.

Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
