The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case for the offence registered under Sections 467, 469, 471, 420, 421, 423, 424 and 120(B) of the IPC.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that the complainant-informant and his wife Vijay Laxmi were living in a Village, his wife died on 26.07.2013. It is further alleged that on 04.11.2013, Trega Pandey having conspiracy with Prakhar (petitioner), Ramesh Chandra Verma projected Prakhar (petitioner), son of Mahavir Sharan as the son of the informant, managed to execute a forged sale deed of the land of the

No.80878 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/3 informant and they tried to grab the said land of the informant, when the informant came to know about the forged sale deed of Khata No. 614, Khesra No. 2588, Area-03 Kathas, he informed to the police on 09.11.2013, but no action was taken by the police, they filed this complaint case.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is land dispute between the parties. A Title Suit is also pending in the learned court below between the parties. The matter relates to civil dispute. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R/ Complaint Case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Siwan, in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 33 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
