2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 727 of 2023 arising out of Baliabelon P.S. Case No. 28 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2023 and the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions.

4. Learned counsel for the informant assisted by learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Paragraph 2 of bail application clearly states that the petitioner had earlier preferred an application vide Cr. Misc. No. 81849 of 2023, which was rejected on 05.01.2024 on merit. This is second regular bail application in which no fresh ground has been found in this case.

6. Considering this aspect of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition for the second time having no fresh ground.

7. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
