Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to admitted dispute of Rasta between the parties. There is case and counter case. Both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 11.07.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56340 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018.
