Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 342 of 2019 for the offence under sections 385, 387,307, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the FI.R. His name surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Ujjawal. The petitioner is in custody since 13.5.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the FIR and he has remained in custody for nearly 8 months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like
