The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 191(2), 329(3), 126(2), 352, 115(2),118, 109, 303(2) of the B.N.S. Act, 2023. 3.

Allegedly, all the accused persons including the petitioner came to the informant and started abusing and assaulting the informant and his family members with lathi, danda and knife due to which the informant and his family members got badly injured.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. It is further

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The specific allegation is against co-accused, namely, Alimuddin that he stabbed knife in the stomach of informant's brother. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para 3 of the bail application.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, and since there is no specific overt act attributed against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No.240 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
