2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No.94 of 2015 instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that on the basis of forged and fabricated educational certificates, he tried to get employment in Panchayat Teacher, however, on scrutiny the petitioner was found 'unqualified' candidate in Teacher Eligibility Test.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has not filed any forged certificates as alleged. There is no requirement of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83359 of 2024(2) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 custodial interrogation of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and the trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No.94 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) Harish/- U T
