The petitioner seeks bail in Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 19/2015, instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 366A and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner in the written report. The informant has alleged in the written report that his daughter Pinki Kumari had gone to School but she did not return. In spite of search, his daughter could not be traced out. Later on, he learnt that co-accused Kamakhya Paswan has fled away with his daughter. It is submitted that the victim girl, on recovery, has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56650 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 she has not taken name of this petitioner. She has stated that she had gone with Kamakhya Paswan.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial A.C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 19/2015, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
