Petitioners are accused in connection with Special Case No.6995 of 2018 arising out of Patna Junction (Rajendra Nagar Terminal) P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018 registered under Sections 273/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioners are in custody since 29.07.2018, having no criminal antecedent.
