Petitioner seeks bail in Deshari (Sahadei O.P.) P.S. Case No.68 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 and 411 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Dharmjeet Paswan was arrested by the police, who has taken name of this petitioner. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession.

It has further been submitted that the co-accused, namely, Dharmjeet Paswan has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.08.2018 passed in Cri. Misc. No.32756 of 2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56861 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Hajipur at Vaishali, in connection with Deshari (Sahadei O.P.)
