2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that petitioner has died during the pendency of the present writ petition, however, certain dues are still pending which are required to be paid to the legal heirs of the petitioner.
3. Considering the specific submission made on
Patna High Court CWJC No.310 of 2023 dt.31-07-2023 2/2 behalf of petitioner present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the legal representatives of the deceased employee to file a detailed representation before the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, Gaya, who shall consider the representation of the legal heirs of the deceased employee in accordance with law.
4. With the above observation and direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
