JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. The present restoration application has been filed for restoration of Criminal Misc. No. 45035 of 2019, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of the peremptory order, dated 23.07.2019.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, peremptory order passed by this Court could not be complied within time, but now the petitioner has already complied the order dated 23.07.2019, passed by this Court and has removed all the defects.

After having heard learned counsel for the parties and
