The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the impugned order that the case was registered in 2008 and the petitioner was declared absconder. In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 25 of 2008, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
