2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant by means of brick.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation of assault but there is no injury report on record, which itself shows that the allegation against the petitioner is false and concocted. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let

No.80093 of 2023(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Angarghat P. S. Case No. 30 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
