The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who has been granted interim relief vide order dated 02.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 837 of 2023. Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is brother-in-law and petitioner no. 3 is mother-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5271 of 2023(2) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 in-law of the deceased and they are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedents. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IIIrd, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S.
