The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 352 of 2017 dated 28.11.2017 for the offences under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
One Jai Prakash Kumar was apprehended by the informant and others while fleeing away from his house with a suitcase. He disclosed the name of the petitioner and another who had entered the house of the informant for committing theft. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that but for the confession of an accused who was allegedly apprehended by the informant and his family members, there is no

Though, the petitioner is an accused in one more case of similar nature, but in that case he has been granted bail. Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S.
