This writ application has been filed for directing the respondent/s to regularize the services of petitioner with all consequential benefit, in light of the fact that several persons have already been regularized in the year 2004 and also being regularized presently but leaving aside the case of petitioner without any reasons.

3 . Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in this case petitioner has already filed representation before the concerned authority i. e,. Annexure -

Patna High Court CWJC No.17639 of 2023(2) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 11 series to the writ petition but till date no action has been taken .

4. In view of the grievance raised on behalf of this petitioner, the present writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievances by filing fresh representation before the Vice- Chancellor, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 4), along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of four weeks from today .

5 . In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the Vice- Chancellor, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 4) shall consider the claim of the petitioner and dispose of the same , in accordance with law , after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation .
