2. Upon perusal of records, it transpires that the prayer for the bail of the petitioner in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 297 of 2019 has earlier been rejected vide order dated 20.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36051 of 2022 directing the trial Court to conduct the trial as early as possible.

3. On earlier occasion, vide order dated 19.07.2024, present stage of the case has been called for.

4. Upon perusal of the Report received from the Trial Court, It appears that charge has been framed on 18.03.2024 in-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82655 of 2023(9) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 spite of the fact that petitioner's bail application was rejected on 20.09.2022 and now the present matter is fixed for prosecution evidence in the Court below.

5. In the aforesaid background, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

6. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
