Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not produced any forged certificate for the purpose of her appointment on the post of Anganbari Sevika, but without any proper enquiry and verification by the competent authority the present case has been lodged against her. She has been falsely implicated in this case on account of dirty village politics. As a matter of fact, petitioner has not joined on the said post till date. Petitioner is a lady having no

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
