1. Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners, the learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Bihar Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2002.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners had earlier moved this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.85784 of 2023 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn by an order dated 19.04.2024 with liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer of bail after framing of charge.

4. The learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

5. Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dawath P. S. Case No.155 of 2020.

6. The application stands allowed.

7. However, in the event, if the learned trial Court comes to a conclusion that the petitioners after their release are trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial Court shall forthwith cancel their bail bonds after recording reasons. (Satyavrat Verma, J) vikash/- U T
