The petitioners are languishing in custody in connection with Tr. No. 5950 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No. 389 of 2016, for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and statement of the petitioners on oath that they have got no criminal antecedents and they are in custody since 05.08.2019 as well as considering the fact that the investigation of the case is already

No.76338 of 2019(2) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 complete, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Tr. No. 5950 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No. 389 of 2016, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below; and (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
