The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.248 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the victim in her statement made under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has not stated that she was induced by the petitioner to go from any place or to do any act with intent that she may be forced or seduced to illicit intercourse with another person, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
