The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 94 of 2019 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the incriminating materials collected in course of investigation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. His application is rejected.
