This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gaya (Muffassil) PS case no. 347 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(D,A), 341, 323, 337 of Indian Penal Code and 4/6 of POCSO Act, 2012.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender and move before the learned court below for grant of regular bail.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
