Petitioner is accused in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2018.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
