JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 The petitioners are in custody since 27.07.2018 in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 173 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is of teasing the sister-in-law of the informant and when she made complaint about the same then petitioner no.1 Sanjeevan Kumar had assaulted Ranju Devi by Garasa on her leg causing injury and petitioner no.2 Gagan Kumar assaulted the brother of the informant by the butt portion of pistol.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the injury on the person of the brother of the informant is simple in nature and injury on the person of sister-in-law is though
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60410 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/3 grievous in nature, the same is not on the vital part of the body and appears to have been caused by hard and blunt substance and the petitioners are in custody since 27.07.2018.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances as stated above and also considering that nothing specific against the petitioners, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati (Gaya), in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 173 of 2018, with following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
(ii) The petitioners will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
(iii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court and on the event of failure on their
